Studio Etiquette

Please wait outside in our covered outdoor lounge area until your instructor invites you in.

We ask that you avoid wearing perfume or other fragrances.

Avoid applying lotion right before your session as it can be a slipping hazard.

Please don’t paint your nails right before class. Nail polish is very difficult to remove from the equipment.

Please silence your phone and other devices.

Water bottles are welcome and recommended.

We keep things clean! Diluted rubbing alcohol and paper towels are provided to sanitize the equipment after each use. Each student cleans their own machine at the end of class.
