Kelly is a force of nature as a Pilates instructor. Balanced Body trained, she possesses a refined ability to observe every individual in class, giving modifications and challenges to each, while simultaneously facilitating a dynamic and exciting group workout. Unafraid of blending styles and modalities, she incorporates yoga asana with traditional Pilates repertoire.
Kelly is also a yoga instructor, musician and healing presence in the lives of many. Her warmth and humor have touched more than a decade of students at Pike & Plank and Indigo Yoga, our sister studio. Her message is simple and clear: always follow your heart.
